1.    DAS consist of a faculty of talented photographic artists with a wide range of styles blending the proven techniques of the old masters with the latest advancements in digital capture and painting.

2.    Members select their mentor based on the style and techniques they find most appealing.

3.    DAS members and faculty make a two year commitment which provides adequate time for growth and development necessary to master the style chosen.

4.    Your DAS mentor will conduct at least one 4-day workshop each year plus several mini workshops through out the year. You are encouraged to attend as many as possible.

5.    Mentors agree to provide two days on location instruction in your studio. You are required to compensate only for travel and lodging during the visit.

6.    DAS members are given the opportunity to study with other members of the DAS faculty at a substantial savings.

7.    A marketing strategy will be devised to fit the unique needs of each member to ensure that financial goals are obtained with in a six month period.

8.    On-Line training is available on the DAS website.

Participants will be able to interact with the instructor plus will be provided the opportunity to communicate with other members.

Your Responsibilities:

1.    Make a SERIOUS commitment of your time to master the techniques presented by your mentor. If you feel you are going to be too busy to make the DAS a priority, do not sign on.

2.    Become a student of art.  READ-READ-READ!

3.    Attend as many workshops provided by your mentor as possible. You will benefit from everyone of them. To become a master will be an on-going process not a 4-day miracle.

4.    DAS is a minimum 2-year commitment. Much energy will go into developing your skills by both you and your mentor. Do not cut off the flow of knowledge prematurely. You will find that the more you know the hungrier you will be to learn more.

5.    You will be provided the information and skills necessary to began becoming productive in just six months. Set as your goal an additional $60,000 income target the first year. This is possible without altering your other normal business commitments.

6.    Follow the plan. It works!

Your Financial Investment DAS is not a one year plan.

To ensure your complete development you must agree to stick with it for two years. Perfection takes time. Year One: Inital investment...$2,000 $2,000 is due when you attend your first workshop.

The marketing plan will guide you to earn $60,000 in new sales.

You will be asked to compensate DAS 10%, not to exceed $4,000 of this growth.

Year Two: Total investment...$2,000 The same intensity which went into year one development will continue in year two.

An additional 10%, not to exceed $2,000 will be paid from new sales growth.

Year Three and longer...$1,200.

 We hope you will remain a member of DAS and will continue to grow and share with your fellow artists. You will remain on the cutting edge of the latest digital art techniques.

This year you receive three days with the faculty member of your choice and all on-line training programs.
